Nye Arena has successfully hosted over 580 guests since its launch for the 2021-22 season, and plans to continue to fill its space with guests for the presently upcoming 2024-25 Farewell Season. Nye Arena has been recognized and written about on the CBJ NHL website, has a documentary, has been hosted on a podcast called “Into the Stands”, and has been recognized by the CBJ event production staff, including editors. Nye Arena has been Making a Sport More Than a Sport and making CBJ fans’ nights going on 4 seasons now. It has taught some extraordinary lessons and has allowed its founders to live their dreams at a young age, especially being invited back to Nationwide Arena to view the next big thing! It has allowed them to form relationships with the people running the show at Nationwide Arena and has prompted them to branch out and live more of their entrepreneurial dreams. Not only living out their dreams, Nye Arena has also taught its founders various lessons with experiences in customer service, event coordination, technical troubleshooting, working in a fast-paced environment, making impromptu announcements, fan engagement modes, and filling in live time with improvised games or contests. In its Farewell Season, Nye Arena will take on a celebratory theme, looking back on all its accomplishments since its formation and as of late. The good times will not stop rolling though, as founders Michael DeLuccia and Nolan Nye have more plans for the future.
